Every vegan has heard this question over and over
It is quite hard to come up with the proper combination of intense flavour, fat, special seasoning and creamy consistency. A lot of substitutes for cheese contain either soy or palm oil, which don´t have hardly any nutritional value. Their texture is often reminiscent of rubber and the taste is bland. Since I started living vegan six years ago I tried to come up with a tasty alternative for cheese. The product was supposed to be healthy, have a creamy consistency and a richness in taste.
My delis are 100% organic and are made of cashew nuts, filtered and energised water and fermented vegan probiotics. Refined with spices and herbs they ripen at 6 degrees for at least a month.
